I have suffered from headaches off an on for many years, but recently they became more intense and kept me from taking care of my family. Pain killers had stopped working so I decided to seek out help from Arc of Life Chiropractic and I am so glad that I did. The staff is amazing and their treatments are not cookie-cutter; they are personalized to the patient and what they are experiencing. After having consistent upper back pain, I decided to check out arc of life and by the third visit, I had no upper back pain, i could sleep better and felt less tension in my back. Dr. Sanchez and the team are absolutely incredible!

After a week of constant lower back spasms and excruciating sciatica nerve pain due to multiple gym related lower back injuries, I became desperate and decided to seek out help. At first I was very skeptical and unsure if this was the right move since this was new to me but after a comprehensive first visit with Doctor Sanchez, X-rays & game plan I immediately felt hopeful that I was taking the steps in the right direction towards recovery. 6 weeks later, I'm completely pain free and have since made a full recovery and returned to my normal activities at such an impressive rate not only regaining my strength, but also restoring my confidence.

Doctor Sanchez and the team at Arc of Life truly are amazing & care about the well being of their patients, always going above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant, comfortable and most importantly memorable. My 3 month baby has seen Dr. Nalani twice now & I already see a difference. I decided to take my baby mainly due to torticollis but also because of the long term benefits. Between the first and second visit I noticed less tension in my baby's neck. Her head wasn't as tilted as before and she has more desire to turn to both sides. After both visits my baby has had two big dirty diapers lol and slept so much better after her second adjustment! Thank you Dr. Nalani. I'm looking forward to seeing more results as we continue seeing her.

Absolutely LOVE Arc of Life and Dr. Sanchez. I started seeing Sabrina when I was about 20 weeks pregnant because I was having some back pain. I had also heard from a few friends that prenatal chiropractic care was helpful for their labors. Let me tell you, I SWEAR this helped me not only have a more enjoyable pregnancy but easy labor and delivery.

My beautiful baby girl was born at 39 weeks + 4 after a 12 hour labor and minimal pushing because my pelvis and entire body was in alignment. My recovery was also much easier than expected, and I am continuing to see Dr. Sanchez postpartum. Thank you sooooo much for everything! I tell all of my friends to go to the chiropractor when they're pregnant, and of course, visit Arc of Life if they're local. I definitely plan on following the same plan for my next baby.

One of my favorite things about this chiropractic office is the way they care for the patients pain. They don't just adjust to adjust. They actually take your pain serious and give It their all. I was finally able to convince my mom to come into the office because she would get numbness on her right side arm/hand and has had headaches since i can even remember. Dr. Sabrina Sanchez started her treatment back on February.

Ever since then my mom has not had ANY numbness in her hand/arm and her headaches aren't as often and as painful as they were. The best part, is that if Dr. Sanchez isn't in the office (like when she was in maternity leave) Dr. Nalani was able to take care of my mom. So she didn't only have 1 doctor she had 2. I have been going to Arc of Life for six years now! I needed a new chiropractor when I moved to the Southbay and found them after a long search. I am very picky when it comes to Chiropractors, and I choose Arc of Life because of the time and care they took with me during our consultation and the first couple of sessions. They didn't adjust me without taking x-rays or understanding my medical background, including my x-rays from major hip surgery I had 15 years ago, which I appreciated. Dr. Sabrina adjusted me through two pregnancies.

I strongly believe that due to the regular adjustments, both babies moved into the proper position, and I was able to have quick, easy births (thankfully). Dr. Sabrina has also adjusted my son and daughter from the time they were 6 weeks old. I transitioned to seeing Dr. Ivan last year, who has done amazing things for my neck and back. I suffer from chronic pain due to 4 years of breastfeeding, working at a desk, carrying two heavy children, and alignment issues after a major hip surgery.

Because of my regular adjustments with him, I have less pain, have better posture, and feel better all around. My husband and mom are also patients of Dr. Ivan! It's a family affair!
