My family and I have been seeing Dr. Harlan Browning for decades. For all his healing properties, we can't help but recommend him to everyone we meet. From joints to bones to brains, Dr. Browning has helped us to navigate healthier habits and practices throughout our lives. On top of this, the staff is always so warm and welcoming with every interaction, the process within each visit transparent, and the healing endless.

I have digestive issues; two years ago, I went to Sue and Dr. Lamp who collaborated to gave me a successful alternative to Zantac. Sue worked out a food plan and had great recommendations for my acid reflux. This past year I walked into Roselle on a crutch due to head-to-toe inflammation. Had some intervention by an orthopedic surgeon, with little success. With Dr. Zhang's acupuncture treatments I got back to normal. The treatment rooms are so relaxing; they really do care about your wellness; the staff is amazing.

Dr. Zhang chiropractor/acupuncturist/Chinese medicine and more! He is a very personable, intelligent, observant and professional doctor. The Roselle Healing center is just that. a place where you come to get HEALED not have symptoms relieved with drugs that have more side effects than the good they do. The whole staff is awesome, friendly and professional.

Their acupuncturist Dr Pina is wonderful. I found this center through a google search of acupuncturists located near Shady Grove's Fairfax office. (They are across the street!) I was interested in acupuncture before and after my FET as I read it helped improve success rates. We spoke on the phone beforehand and she put me at ease with her professionalism, warmth, and flexibility.
The treatment was painless and relaxing. I felt cared for and supported the whole time. Fertility treatments really mess with my emotions and having Dr Pina in my corner helped me remain calm and positive, so much so that I'm even writing a review! I am grateful a simple search led me to her practice.

Here is a review my wife, Darlene, wanted me to post: I've been seeing Dr. Lamp off and on for a little over three years now. He is nothing less than amazing! I have had several issues he's taken care of, but recently he fixed the hiatal hernia that was causing me extreme discomfort and burning in the upper part of my stomach after every meal. He gently pulled my stomach down and away from my esophagus, aligning things the way they should be (a hiatal hernia is when part of your stomach pokes up through your esophagus -- not a good thing to have).
I feel great now and can eat basically anything I want without heartburn or discomfort (and no antacids, thank goodness). From the first day I met Dr. Lamp, I've always thought of him as a genius. he's extremely knowledgeable (so much knowledge, it's a wonder his head doesn't explode), very personable, and caring. I'm so glad I found The Roselle Center for Healing and, especially, Dr. Lamp!

Dr. Lamp is awesome! He addresses my issues, brings a lot of passion to what he does and is an encyclopedia of information. I think everyone would do well to see him but hope they don't so I can continue to get on his schedule. Dr. Zhang is a very talented acupuncturist who helped me overcome health challenges -- highly recommended!

Dr. Lamp is the best Dr I have ever had. He has tremendous knowledge and cares so much for his patients. So fortunate to have found him and to gain health for me and my family. Also, Dr. Zhang is a very talented acupuncturist- I believe in the ability of acupuncture to do wonders to the body's healing.

I spent $110 for a "lymphatic drainage massage" that was simply a woman lightly brushing her fingertips along my back, arms and legs. I would have felt more if she'd used a feather. I can't imagine how that was supposed to do ANYTHING, never mind affect my lymphatic system. (I've had this done very effectively before by a technician who used the Bowen Therapy. This woman had no idea what that was.) She recommended scheduling many more finger-wiggling sessions, but one expensive disappointment was enough.

I have not been to the Roselle Center in over almost a year. I can tell you if you have any rare/complicated diseases or methylation issues these folks will not be able to help. I spent an enormous amount of money and time seeing Dr. Scott Lamp and did foot baths and massages, changed diets and regular adjustments, along with different supplements.
I did not get better, I got worse. Dr. lamp even got to the point where he never followed up with me, most likely because he was not helping. The atmosphere is more about making money and not really helping the patient get to the root cause. I feel much better now but that is because I was diagnosed after leaving Roselle with Lyme disease and confections and methylation issues, along with altered DNA from mold exposure.
I would recommend Roselle implementing better testing and diagnosis to avoid potentially dangerous treatments that ultimately make the patient feel worse and most importantly discouraged. There is more to better health than just repairing a leaky gut.

I am not one to write vitriolic Yelp reviews, but I feel compelled to save others the pain and aggravation that Tom Roselle caused me. I visited the Roselle Center for the first time in June, after a series of sports-related spinal injuries. The first two adjustments, performed by Roselle's assistant Robert Ciprian, actually relieved my pain noticeably; however, the third adjustment, performed by Roselle himself, precipitated incapacitating pain down my right arm (a telltale sign of disc trauma). Roselle claimed that he had 'broken up scar tissue', and that it would get better through continued treatment. Believing this fishy excuse out of desperation, I continued treatment with Roselle for another month and a half.
The pain down my arm he caused did not improve during this time. A later MRI revealed two herniated cervical discs, and my subsequent research indicated that the high-velocity adjustment he had performed was dangerous for this type of injury. To add insult to injury (in the literal sense here, folks), Roselle's 'bedside manner' was off-putting - dismissive, impatient, and rather conceited.
After exacerbating my injury, he could not even find the time to sit down with me to discuss a recovery plan. Instead, he just handed me an invoice that would have amounted to about eight more months of visits and thousands of dollars spent.

Dr Browning is amazing! My friend referred me to this place when I was complaining about a back injury. Dr Browning did an evaluation on me and I got x rays done and my low back was all crunched up. I started a 4 week 8 session therapy plan with Dr. Browning. I have to say after all that I am feeling 100% better. I felt better within the first two weeks of sessions.
He did some adjustments, asked me lots of questions about my pain and lifestyle and gave me some great exercises to help me. I also did some type of electrical massage with a heat pad each session. It felt really good. All the assistants are really nice and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs chiropractic help. I do wasn't people to know it's a little expensive, each session was about $100. Doing it twice a week adds up, but it's worth it since I'm pretty much healed. They do send it to your insurance provider.

There is a wide variety of help, but it is very expensive compared with my past experience. It seems that the doctors are more focused on one specific type of treatment, so that may mean you need to see different doctors, which adds significantly to the cost! I did receive help while I was here, but I couldn't afford it any longer. I like to bring my whole family to a chiropractor, but Roselle was not even feasible.

Suffering from Migraines? Dr. Miller is the best doctor ever! I went to several kind of doctors before my brother recommended me to check this center, and I have to confess I was VERY skeptical, but once I had the first appointment with Dr. Miller I was amazed! My doctor was God sent and I can't thank him enough for helping me to get over the nightmare of living with terrible migraines.
No more migraines pills or time wasted. They don't take insurance and their prices can be higher than visiting a regular doctor but having my life back is priceless! It's an investment in yourself. My husband and I are very grateful and I absolutely recommend him to anyone that lives in constant pain. Thank you Dr. Miller! You are the best!

I've been a patient here for about 5 years or so- why do I keep going back- because it works! Various ailments over time, as I get older and experience more of life. They have fantastic network of practitioners on site, with inter-disciplinary approach to your body and fixing it. It is up to YOU to put it into practice, but they will find a problem you didn't even realize existed (my hip hurt due to a digestive issue, go figure!) and then help you alleviate it. They don't take insurance, but do file for you in case your coverage allows. Be open minded and trust that nature knows what is best for us- give it a try!

Great experience, I have been having health issues for the past 5 years, seeing many different conventional and non-conventional doctors, and no one could give me a diagnosis, and non of their treatments worked. a friend referred me to dr. miller, she had a tumor that dr miller helped get rid of. so I gave him a try, thank god I did, he has improved my health to almost %100. he is very knowledgeable, most of all care to get to the root of the problem, professional, honest.
I cant say enough about him. I have referred multiple people to him and all have thanked me for it, and all have gotten great result. I am a health care provider and I have referred my patients to him also. definitely recommend him.

I've been coming here for around 6 months and will continue to do so. I originally came in due to my shoulder and back area hurting so much I couldn't even brush my hair. My doctor is great at what he does! While my shoulder wasn't 100% that first visit, I was able to bend in the ways needed to brush my hair AND turn my head without wanting to cry out in pain.
He really helped alleviate my pain AND restore movement without the use of pharmaceuticals. If you want to take a more natural and holistic approach to your health care, I definitely recommend coming here. I also come to the Roselle Center for "mental stuff" and autoimmune issues. I feel like they genuinely care about me and their other patients. The only downside is that they do not take insurance.
I believe if you have good health insurance, you can get partially reimbursed. I on the other hand, pay a small fortune to have crappy insurance, that will not cover this. Unfortunately, insurance companies dictate what kind of treatment can and cannot be done. You cannot be properly treated with insurance limitations. Our insurance system sucks but this is not the time or place for me to rant about that.
Another plus to the Roselle Center is the office staff. The ladies are pleasant and professional. I have had to deal with rude office staff nearly everywhere else. Bonus to the Roselle Center - aesthetically pleasing care and treatment.

On the one hand the treatments I received from Roselle Center professionals, especially Chiropractor Dr. Matt Adams and the nutritionist, were excellent, They provided a model for treatment I have continued to this day. On the other hand they do not accept my health insurance and recommended a level of treatment--up to 6 treatments at their center in one week--makes it too expensive for many people (including me) to continue treatment at the center for very long.
They put a lot of pressure on you to schedule frequent expensive visits. That pressure and the costs are the main reasons I decided to end my treatment at the Center. I just felt that it was too much about making money for them. Finally, while for the most part the facilities are nicely decorated, I would disagree with the reviewer who found the facilities to be very clean.
For example, I often found acupuncture needles on the floor of the acupuncture room. And I sometimes wondered if the sheets on the acupuncture table were changed between each patient.

I followed my chiropractor here from his previous practice. Although, it's a bit of a hike to get here from where I live, I cannot imagine going to a different person. Dr. Brice Miller is amazing. My mom recommended I go to him a few years ago, and since then many of my family and friends have seen him. He's helped me with lower back issues, my sprained ankle, skin issues, digestion, and many other things you wouldn't naturally think a chiropractor can help with. I feel great every time I leave his sessions. If I could afford it - I no doubt would be seeing him at least once a month.

I have been going to Dr. Lamp for a few months now, after having an endoscopy and discovering that I had Barrett's. I did not want to just take meds and put out the fire, but I wanted a contribution to help my body heal itself. That is what I am experiencing with Dr. Lamp. I needed my adrenals and thyroid addressed as well, which are taken into consideration one thing at a time, which to me makes good sense. That front desk staff and support staff are so cordial and willing to help in every way possible to make the process comfortable and understandable.

I saw Dr. Jen Sims throughout the second half of my second pregnancy, for chiropractic care. She was incredibly caring, took her time to listen to my complaints and concerns, and gave gentle adjustments each week. Each time was different-- there aren't any "cookie cutter" treatments here. She worked wonders on my excruciating sciatic pain and had an amazing effect on my overall well-being (I believe she only works with mommas and kids, too, so she knows her stuff). Adjustments really freak me out (neck cracking? Yuck), especially when pregnant, but she really makes you feel at ease. It's amazing.
My first son's labor was 22 hours (very little and sub-par chiropractic care). My second son? 3 hours. While I think many things may have contributed, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Dr. Jen's incredible adjustments 1-2x a week played a large role in that. They are a bit on the pricey end (isn't everything in NoVA?), but Dr. Jen and my doula are the first people I would call if I had another baby.
It was well worth the pinch in my pocketbook for the difference she made. I also believe their office offers massages and the like. I can't speak for those but it seems to be a great one-stop-shop. My only complaint? The (free) overall health seminar that each new patient is required to attend. While I think that info is very important, it's really hard for most people to carve even more time in their schedule for that. It should be "highly recommended" but not required. All in all, five stars!
