Dr. Rob Elder has been in private practice for over 30 years. He has been studying spinal biomechanics for well over 20 years and is certified through Chiropractic BioPhysics organization. For the last 10 years he has been studying even deeper levels of function/dysfunction with Raymond Wiegand, D.C, chiropractor, mechanical engineer and physicist and developer of the renowned Spinal Analysis System.

Went here three years ago for neck and back pain and was told that chiropractic care isn't covered by my insurance, and the chiropractor told me that they had a deal where you can spend $1000 and get $100 back and that this care plan would cover approximately 3 months of care (adjustments and exercises) and that he had it all calculated out with the amount of sessions that I prepaid for out of pocket.
When the three months passed and I completed my last pre-paid sessions, I did not want to renew and pay for any more sessions because my neck and back were still in just as much pain as when I started and I saw no benefit to the amount of time and money I already had invested in the place, so I simply didn't renew and stopped going. Three years later I get a letter in the mail from them claiming that I owe $145 and that it is the "final notice" before it goes to collections. Naturally, I call them to figure out what they're talking about and to explain that I was told that I had already pre-paid for every session I went to and didn't go to any more after my pre-paid care plan ran out.
The woman on the phone was already aware that there were discrepancies with the pricing due to the chiropractor I had seen three years ago being let go from the practice, and several other patients reported similar issues with being deceived about the pricing. She said "there's a reason he doesn't work here anymore and our person that handles the finances has to closely audit all of these cases". so in other words, they were well aware that I got screwed, but also took zero accountability over the fact that it happened due to their chiropractor misinforming people.
They basically took the stance of "oh well we fired him now so anything that happened while he worked for us wasn't our fault", and I just can't respect that negligence. Will never return to the practice no matter how a good a chiropractor Rob Elder may be just because it isn't worth it to get blindsided years later by an office that is unorganized with employees that aren't on the same page.

I would suggest Dr Rob Elder to anyone suffering from any sort of back pain. I was unable to stand for over a month without being in pain trying other chiropractors doing basic adjustments. It was getting nowhere. It was a bad slipped disc and after his treatment with decompression adjustments specific to my spine as well as the PEMF treatment. I'm better than I was before the injury. I'm enjoying life again and back to playing golf. Which to me is priceless.

This office has one of the most technically sound approaches to overall care when it comes to biomechanics and balancing the body - leaving nothing out when it comes to what influences health and healing. I say this as a patient and a colleague who has visited many offices across the country and seen a plethora of different treatment plans and approaches. I have seen 5 other chiropractors in my life, and Dr Rob is the best chiropractor I've ever seen. As I get older, I experience more aches and pains, but he keeps me moving! My neck has more turning range now than it did for 10 years before I first saw Dr Rob. I have referred my husband, my mother, my sister, and my friends to him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Elder is extremely compassionate about helping his patients. Have seen a lot of chiropractors and he has been the best overall for my back and neck pain, also has helped with other health problems, nutrition and a healthier life style. Staff is great, warm, freindly and helpful. Family like experience from the time you walk through the door.

Dr. Elder is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He is enthusiastic about motivating those around him to better themselves mentally and physically. I am always in a better mood after I visit with him. He is always positive and supportive. He has a wonderful staff and is always makes you feel like you are his #1 priority!
