Dr. Friend graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1997. Prior to that, he attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and Omaha and studied exercise science. He has a passion for health and fitness that he shares with all of his patients. He not only wants you to feel better, but it is his mission to help you become a much healthier person through proper diet, exercise, and modern chiropractic.

Dr. Friend and his staff are the best! I really appreciated that the great communication and professional, relaxed atmosphere. I've had a degenerative disc issue in my neck for years, was in constant pain and very close to scheduling surgery. A friend recommended I try Eagle Run, saying "It's different and way better". I'm so glad I did because my pain started to improve almost immediately and I was able to sleep through the night within a couple weeks. Highly recommend!

Dr. Friend is thorough, specific, intelligent and easy to talk with. He and his team work hard to ensure that his patients are on a fast track to recovery. I threw my back out three weeks before my wedding and Dr. Friend had me feeling better a full week before the ceremony. I would highly recommend Dr. Friend to anyone experiencing any level of pain.

My family and I are very happy with the care we've received with Dr. Friend. He's always friendly and answers any questions we have. His staff, Jill and Anita, are also friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a question about our bill and Dr. Friends wife Julie, took all the time we needed to answer the questions we had until we had complete understanding of our situation. We're always greeted with a warm welcome when we walk through the door.

I really love the people here - super friendly, always helpful and I learn something new about being healthy on every visit. Every time I call - even for drop adjustment Dr Friend has made the time to see me. They are efficient with your time however I never feel rushed through. I feel very lucky to have found this practice because I always walk away feeling better and more capable to take whatever may be happening next in my life.

My experience with Eagle Run Chiropractic has been better than 5 Stars! Dr. Friend is totally the BEST Chiropractor out there! He truly cares for his patients and goes out of his way to help them. With what I've been experiencing, he's been a true miracle and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and knowledge that has given me "hope" that I can be pain free! I have known Dr. Pat for almost 30 years - since before he went to school to be a chiropractor. I joke with people that he is my primary care physician because I trust him to give me good information, saying what he knows and being wise enough to pass me to someone more knowledgeable if he cannot help. This is not an insignificant point. This may seem like an exaggeration, but Dr. Pat literally helped save my life circa 2000.
I had a primary care physician, someone I had gone to high school with and even roomed with one year of college. I had gone to him with my symptoms and he had prescribed anti-depressants. After 2 weeks with no changes, I called him and he advised me to double the dosage. After another 2 weeks with no changes, Dr. Pat suggested I go see someone he knew and got me an appointment that day.
That physician ran blood tests on Friday and woke me up early on Saturday morning to tell me I needed an emergency blood transfusion immediately. Long story short, I was slowly bleeding to death and the first physician did not catch it. Dr. Pat did not act as if he knew the answer, but sent me to someone who did. The two of them literally saved my life. Needless to say, I have relied on Dr. Pat (Friend) for consults on other issues since then.
He will fix me when he can, which is most of the time, but when my issues are out of his purview, he either recommends me to someone who can help or helps guide me to find that expert. I trust Dr. Pat with my health and my wallet. You will not find a more qualified or conscientious doctor in Omaha. This one happens to be a chiropractor but could have pursued many directions in serving people's health.
He chose chiropractic because of his personal experiences. I will soon be moving out of state but will come back to Dr. Pat for treatment if the situation allows. If it sounds as though I am gushing, you should know one of my faults is that I am not one for false praise. I tend to be very literal at times and it has bitten me on many, many occasions.

There is nobody else I would trust with my life in their hands! I have been a patient of Dr. Friend for over 10 years, my children have also been seen by him with injuries from car accidents to sports related injuries. Dr. Friend recently helped me get through an excruciating hip injury! I am happy to report that almost 2 years after my injury, I am healthier and stronger than before. When nothing else worked, the care I received from Dr. Friend changed my quality of life!

I had a trip to Thailand coming up and two weeks before I was supposed to leave I just really hurt my back, I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to go but Dr. Friend made sure I got in as often as I needed to get back on my feet. The improvement I saw in such a short time was miraculous, he showed me exactly what was going on in my back and how he was going to treat it.
Not only was I able to go on my trip but I was able to do everything I wanted with no restrictions on my movement because of the work he did on me and also the exercises he gave me to help keep it stretched. I am so grateful to him and his staff, everyone was friendly and really cheering for me to feel better and to get to enjoy my trip. I can't recommend Eagle Run Chiropractic highly enough.
