Dr. Justin Mitchell and Dr. Amanda Mitchell were born and raised in the small town of Central City, Kentucky. They were high school sweethearts, then attended chiropractic college together. When it was time to decide where to go, they wanted to try something new and relocated to Florida. They fell in love with the state and were ready to find a place to call home.

In 2006, Dr. Justin graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. To continue his education, he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. There, he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating in 2009. With an interest in offering more to his patients, Dr. Justin earned a Fellowship from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
When it comes to chiropractic, we see our role in simple terms. Chiropractors are here to decrease your pain and improve your function. If an area of your body isn't moving like it should, we seek to restore that motion. Most people come to us because they have a form of discomfort or a long-term condition that's stopping them from being able to do the things you love.

They are outstanding! I've been treated by both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Justin, and have nothing but rave reviews for each of them! They have been treating my three children also and made them feel very comfortable right away. They have treated pelvic pain, back pain, neck pain and all adjustments provided almost immediate relief. They are always a joy to be around. I can genuinely say that this is the best Chiropractic office in town ( I have been to five different ones before ) would definitely recommend checking them out!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Yessica is absolutely wonderful. the front desk girls are so friendly and caring, it's as though you are the only patient going to this facility. the atmosphere itself is very calming, and spotless. I can't recommend this place more highly if I tried

This husband and wife team are phenomenal! Between the two, they've reduced my pain tremendously through adjustments and acupuncture. Furthermore. their massage therapist, Nikole, is the most unbelievable healer! I've had many massages in my life and she tops them all! Though my time in Florida is coming to an end, I can recommend with the highest rating this class act! I will miss them all greatly!

Dr. Justin is very informative and is always a great listener. He has been helping me along my journey in becoming pain free. Their massage therapists are so amazing and really have healing hands. The office is beautiful and clean. The aroma therapy is so relaxing as soon as you walk in. Their office hours are very accommodating and they are always willing to work around my schedule. I truly enjoy each and every visit and look forward to seeing them.

Best chiropractic office I've ever been to! Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Mitchell are always so welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. The staff is polite, the office is always clean and beautiful, and I always get the best massage to finish off my treatment. Have had adjustments and acupuncture - both did exactly what I needed them to. I recommend this place to everyone I know!

We have been going to Manatee Wellness as a family of 6 for almost 4 years now! Their personalized and intentional care of each of us has helped us maintain a health in our home that other families do not experience. No sick days from school bc of preventative adjustments and they even helped diagnose when we have injuries or pain in specific areas. Dr. Amanda Mitchell and Dr. Justin Mitchell of Manatee Wellness treated me after my car accident in December 2013. I cannot recommend them enough! Not only did Dr. Amanda Mitchell see me within a couple of hours of my crash, she was able to work me into her busy schedule over the course of the next several days and weeks without hesitation. Both doctors have an excellent bedside manner and I felt so much better physically after each visit.
