ZERO STARS. The receptionist will not even let you finish your sentence before cutting you off with a meaningless answer. I called to ask simple questions regarding an accident I had and the lady was beyond careless everything had a no behind it. Don't waste your time here.

Came here for MUCH needed back work due to sciatica and lumbar radiculopathy. After lengthy search I found this location. Filled out approx 10 new patient pages. Came across one I didnt feel comfortable signing and was told she could not do work because of past patients running away with a $5 check from insurance! I recommend going somewhere who will actually trust their patients and their insurance! Horrible experience!

I've been seeing them for a few years now. I used to get severe migraines 2-3 times a week, now I get MAYBE one a month! Miracle workers I swear!

Awesome chiropractors, very friendly and clean office. The doctors are a married couple and often have their cute doggies in the office. I can always get in for an appointment and they've never tried to sell me on a five figure package! Love this place.

They are the best chiropractor in the South Bay, highly recommend. Been going for over 4 years, and I'm very thankful.

The best chiropractor around. Doctor Meronea and her husband Doctor Noel are the sweetest. Doctor Meronea has been working on my back for a good handful of years now, and she always knows how to get me back to shape. She's hilariously honest and just has a great vibe about her. Their office is kept nice and clean with pictures of their travels sprinkled across their walls. Her mom who is the receptionist is also very darling. If you're looking for a great set of chiropractors, look no further!

Dr Lahann-Chivers was fabulous! She popped my rib back into place and relieved the extreme pain I was feeling every time I breathed. And the best part is it didn't even hurt! She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is strong and gentle and I'll trust her with my back issues any day Also takes my insurance

Having this place close by is truly a blessing! The amount of pain relief and knowledge I have gained since the beginning of visiting this office is priceless! Noel and his partner know how to make their clients feel comfortable and at home. I would look no further because these two are the go to!

Meronea and her partner Noel are fantastic practicitoners! It is truly difficult to write a review like this without using so many superlatives, but, damn is this place amazing! This chiropractic duo exudes professionalism, talent, and are remarkably personable. I have made a routine of having Meronea work on me as a result of a very bad and on-going injury;herniated disc. Coming to this chiropractic office, recieving the services here, has genuinely made my days better. I have become physically stronger and more mentally confident as a result. Incredibly friendly, skilled, and honest people.

Today 3/27/18. I went to this business trying to have a previous appointment for my wife. Dr. Meronea received me. She is a person who understands very little of manners was able to silence my 3 year old son who was listening to my phone making signs to shut up my son in a very bad way. that's why I do not recommend this place. It was a terrible experience dealing with this woman.

I have gone here for years and have had several muscle problems and their care has helped to keep me mobile. Very kind people and knowledgeable about their work.

My Husband has been going here for quite some time and loves his treatments. I had never ever wanted to go.to a chiropractor, but my shoulders have hurt so bad, that I finally came to have my own treatment. Well the treatments help! I'm still not a fan of cracking my bones although it's needed to align things. Love the pressure point treatment, it's helping my shoulder and neck so much. Regarding staff.everyone is a nice as can be. Husband/Wife team is just awesome. The scheduling receptionist is sweet too. If your hurting, please give it a try.

I have been working with Doctor Noel primarily for 5 plus years now. Doctor Noel has always been very cordial and accommodating with my erratic schedule. In the past I have seen Noel for minor Back Crap and he has done the trick. This time it's been for more of an intense injury. I am thoroughly impressed with his knowledge not only with his primary task of fixing my back but also his ability to work with my Insurance Carrier. Also, I must mention that I had to have a visit when I was with my Two Year Old Son, using your imagination of how Two Year Old's behave when faced with Professional Office environments, Noel & his Associates were more than accommodating. All and all, if you're looking for Overreaction and Drama than go elsewhere. If you're looking for proper caring and understand than pay them a visit.

Meronea is awesome! I have seen her for my really really bad back pain and pain around my shoulder. After each and every session I felt much relaxed. Now my shoulder is doing much better. No back pain. She is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable during whole session. Thanks Meronea!

Awesome, friendly and down to earth. Explains the technical aspect of the what she's doing how to prevent and what the solution is. She takes an holistic and practical approach first which is important to me. STRONG hands and knows tons of different techniques. Not all Chiro's treated equally, she's great and I highly recommend her.

I have been coming here for almost a year now due to chronic back pain and newly developed plantar fasciitis. They are awesome, almost somewhat of an addiction that I have to come here every week!

Noel and Meronea are great! Meronea helped me when I was in debilitating neck pain on a Saturday. I was so lucky she took the time to help me feel better. I've seen both Noel and Meronea over the last few months, and I've learned a lot about how to prevent repeated injury. They use both chiropractic and physical therapy-type treatments. Their office is relaxed and fun, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

I've been here a few times now and have never had to wait, have always felt well taken care of and well informed. Can't speak to the negative reviewer's experience but mine has been fantastic. Not only professional but personable as well. I would highly recommend them.

Went a couple off times, Wasn't happy at all, No real time spent with me, Seemed to be just a daily routine they go through, and when showing me my X-rays was told you have Whiplash, Look at the X-ray see how swollen your neck and back are Really? Thought X-rays were to show broken bones, could be wrong, Good for the Insurance company they charge, But for me the patient Nothing, waited in the waiting room longer then with the Chiropractor, Won't be back.

I went to this chiropractor for a month, stopped going because he wasn't helping me, did the same thing every single visit, each visit was 15mins.$4000 for a month of visits is ridiculous, and it wasn't even a full month, the last chiropractor I went to gave full service, always changing up his adjustments on my back, would have went back but he had retired.

When Chivers went on vacation his replacement I felt was much better, she exercised my shoulder which hurt, cracked my back and l can say I felt good after seeing her. These other reviews must be from friends and family, I would not recommend this place at all, felt like I had been scammed! See if this makes it on the review page, I doubt it.

Mero and Noel are the best! It is always fun to go and see them. It helps me stay healthy and manage stress. Both are very talented, kind and friendly. I am thankful for them!

We had a very good experience with that office, we called several different ones because my mother in law had severe neck pain and they were the only ones answering the phone AND giving us an appointment right away. The Chiropractioner (Noel) was very good, he spent a lot of time with us, he listened and was patient and helped my mother in law a lot, he was very gentle and my mother in law was pretty surprised how much better she felt after his treatment. And she has seen different Chiropractioners. Very nice office, too, everyone is super friendly. I would highly recommend them!

They are the best! I am very grateful for what they did for me. I felled off a horse in full speed galloping the day before my Maui vacation, the fall was pretty bad one, I landed on my hip, and hit my head pretty hard. And my regular chiropractor is on vacation that day. Although I was very lucky that I have suffered no broken bones nor concussion but few bruises, but my shoulder, hip, head and neck are not where it supposed to be.

I can barely turn my neck, and had buzzing headache. I knew if I did not get this corrected, or else it would be a very miserable Maui trip. I randomly chose this office out of good review from Yelp and very close to my home. Plus they are the first one to call me back after I reached out to few other choices. ( they called me back within 5 min. after I left message ) They are really great!

Not only they accommodated me in very short notice, but Noel had gave me all the correction I needed, and advice me what I need to do in the next few days. And my injure was actually pretty bad. The next day I barely able to lift my head up, walking was hurt, I literally have to hold my head every time get out of bed or sofa. But followed his instruction, and sure enough, by 3rd day, I was so much better, and all my back and shoulder swelling wend down, I was back to my old self, no pain.

This tells me that his work is just perfect, and he corrected me in all the right places and put me back where I suppose to be. And I had a great Maui trip! Their office is very clean, staff are helpful. No waiting, seems very flexible and accommodating on appointment time. I have been with my current chiropractor for more than 5 years, thinking I have found the best out there, but now, I have to say, Noel is just as good! By all means, if you are looking for a good Chiro, they are the best choice for you, you will not be disappointed!

I have had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Noel Chivers on a number of occasions. His kind and cordial demeanour are a very important quality in a chiropractor. I have been going to chiros for much of my adult life and don't hesitate in recommending him.

These chiropractors were both highly recommended and I also know Dr. Noel Chivers personally. I had the opportunity to learn just how they treat people. Not all chiros are the same.

I've been a client of Back To Back for about 6 months now and I have been very pleased with their service. The Chivers are personable, nice people and going to their practice is actual a high spot in my week. My body has responded favorably to the treatment they've prescribed and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for a back problem that has plagued me for years.

When I compare the type of service that I have received from them--in comparison to that of other chiropractors--the results are better and they simply have taken more time in the treatment process. Other chiropractors have pushed on the center of my back and then twisted my neck (all of which takes less than a minute or two) and they are done. On average Dr. Chivers spends 30 minutes going through a series of careful stretches and then spine and neck adjustments. I really can't recommend them strongly enough.

Drs. Noel Chivers & Mero Lanham do an awesome job. I've been adjusted by both and they both have an awesome touch. The reason I gave them five stars is that they do what is required to correct your problem and make you feel better, not just fatten their wallets. I've been to too many chiropractors over the years that look at your insurance coverage to set a bunch of recurring appointments. Let's see your coverage is for 24 appointments, let's schedule 30 knowing that you'll miss a few here and there.

Even though my coverage allowed for X-rays, since I was seeing a chiropractor, they didn't have me get another one. To be sure, a couple of times they made me come back a couple of days later when I've been really out of kilter, but that's the exception, not the rule. They figure that at my advanced age, I know my body better than anyone and that I'm a "big boy" and will make an appointment when I need to see them.

If you have an appointment, they have recently started calling the evening before to remind you of your appointment. It's nice to get a friendly reminder and it probably improves their attendance. If your schedule is more hectic, give them a call, they can usually work you in that day. In addition to adjusting you, they'll give you exercises to improve an underlying condition in the hope of getting you better to the point that you won't need adjusting as frequently.

They are avid scuba divers and the office has a bit of an underwater motif to it. I really like that the adjustment area is semi-private. You aren't in some undersized, dark and dank bedroom of a converted house it is bright, cheery and open. Our entire family goes to them and has for many years. Yes, they do a great job with children!
