Best chiropractic team I've ever been too. Not a single crotchety person (most offices have at least 1- you know it). All of the Dr.s are amazing and the techs and Mitch!

Cobblestone Chiropractic was a delightful experience. The staff was extra caring and Avery helpful. The young lady Renee greets you and she is a dear very pleasant. Doctor Sophia ( beautiful young Puerto Rican ) was so attentive and the other young lady that did the therapy session with me I can't remember her name but also very charming and definitely very delightful. Dr. Mammales and his team are amazing. Everyone is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and fully taken care of when I come in. They make me feel like family. I had injuries caused by car accident. They do a great adjustment, I felt so much better as if I was in a new body. I cannot thank enough for my recovery. Keep up your great work!

Went in on Tuesday for the first time. Was referred by a neighbor. Had an awesome experience. The staff was very cordial and fulfilled my needs.

If I could give a ZERO - I would! I was just SCAMMED by Cobblestone Chiropractor - I went in as a new patient without an appt, there was ONE Patient there filling out paperwork. I sat for 90 minutes, while there was one woman getting therapy, no one with the chiropractor at all, as I saw when I walked to the water fountain. They are not covered by my insurance, the ice cold receptionist woman at the desk said consultation is free, treatment $60 (+ cost of X-rays which I declined).

I get the consultation and adjustment, she charged me $185, adding in the exam fee she never mentioned AND an exam that took 2 seconds of me bending forward, back, side to side. I will NOT be returning. Absolutely disgusting! And I wouldn't return again to deal with the cold hearted witch at the desk! And Dr Sal showed minimal care or compassion to my pain. As a healthcare practitioner myself for 40 years, I was disgusted!

The whole Cobblestone crew are just great. They always send me appointment reminders via text, they are very accommodating when I need to change an appointment, and always greet me by my first name. It's a very comfortable personalized experience. I would highly recommend them to all my friends!

This place is Amazing! Samanta, Amanda and Mitch are a group of thorough and professional team players. I appreciate the Excellent care I received! Dr. Dean is detail oriented! He chose the Best course of action when treating me! He worked so hard to make me feel better! He is a Genius! Seriously, not a typical doctor! He is the Best Doctor I've ever found! I have been going to Cobblestone Chiropractic for a number of years. Dr Mammales and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and work as a team. I go for preventive and corrective adjustments and always have been more than satisfied with their care.

Soooooo, finally found a doctor who is very cheerful, even at 6 p.m., and for what I saw he said hi to everyone that went past him. I love the ambient, cool music playlist. But most of all the great service I received and the knowledge of the doctor and the rest of the staff.

They take the time to explain, in a manner that is easy to understand, how an injury can affect you, as well as the best course of action for improvement. Today was my last session after 4 months of treatment since my motor vehicle accident and I can't express with words how happy I am with the attention I received from their entire staff. Very friendly and understandable with my case. They make me feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend this place very much.

The staffs were courteous, respectful, and treated their clients like family. I would absolutely recommend that place. Look no further for your chiropractic treatments.

Dr. Dean and Dr. Delson are both fantastic! I've been under chiropractic care on and off since 2008 and these two are are two of the best. The office staff is always warm and welcoming, and, most importantly, I'm seeing tremendous improvement.

I love this place! I started visiting because of a car accident I was in. They do everything they can to help me feel better. Love this place! The staff is super friendly and professional. I had a herniated disc and I couldn't find anyone to see me right away till I came across this place. I was able to get in the same day and started treatment the following day. I've been feeling so much better since I started treatment. Anyone in Wellington, Royal Palm, or even West Palm Beach looking for a chiropractor, this is the right place!
