Went in for a first time visit. Dr was pre-occupied with another patient for almost the whole time I was there. Had me lay on a machine that did not help my pain whatsoever for 15 minutes while he was in the room with another patient. Then he proceeded to tell me I was okay and did an extremely minor adjustment that did not address any of my pains. Cool doctor but would not recommend, felt like a complete waste of time and money.

I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Bell right away. I had no wait in his office. He was able to expertly diagnose and treat my pain. Dr. Bell is professional and effective. I highly recommend him.

Dr Bell is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Super chill and friendly. You feel like family when you go there. I'm currently coming up on my 3rd visit and I notice a change in my pain levels and an overall improvement in my posture as well.

Dr. Gary himself was great. I went to him 10 years ago for my back problems and he really made the pain go from 10 to 0 in just one or two sessions. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because my insurance changed and when I called to make a appointment, the receptionist told me it would be $30 copay with my insurance. I thought it was little too expensive so I called my insurance to double check and for sure, the copay was only $15.

When I called back to confirm this, receptionist told me that the reason they charge $30 was because my insurance doesn't pay enough to cover. I was like huh? So they charge the patients double the copay amount? That makes no sense. I would double check with your insurance how much your copay is before going there just in case. Now I'll take my business elsewhere even though I really liked Gary Bell as a chiropractor.

I am very active and exercise (boot camp) and bodyboard. My neck went out on me last week with a muscle strain in my traps and shoulder. It pulled my neck out of allignment and had a pinched nerve with lots of pain on my right side. I went to Dr. Bell today for the first time, and I feel good. My neck feels mobile and no pain. He didn't do a traditional "cracking" of the neck, but used hi-tech tools and techniques to relax my muscles then gently put my spine back in allignment. He also worked on my injured shoulder. I feel confident in Dr. Bell's care, and he is very knowledgeable about sports injuries.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bell's for awhile and recently received a massage from Ginger in his office. She is personable and easy to talk to. She asked me about areas of concern, past injuries/issues and checked on how I was doing as she proceeded with massage. She was able to relieve the pain and stiffness and I wasn't achy the next day. I made a second appointment for the following week.

Contrary to some of the reviews I did not feel comfortable at all with Dr. Bell or his practice. Dr. Bell is condescending in tone and makes judgemental comments and put downs. This is not a healing atmosphere for me. I found Dr. Bell's chiropractic skills lacking and I understood that he has a poor understanding of the body's mechanics. His Chiropractic method is a watered down diversified technique and some massage with "biofreeze" gel.

We were recommend by another chiropractor. He was good but he did not have the required traction table to help my daughter. My daughter was diagnosed with 2 bulging disc L4 and L5 and has had chronic pain. The regular doctor has done physical therapy, steroid shot and needle therapy with little success. Well Spinal Dynamics did the trick. Dr. Gray was able to relive the pain for a little while but he also gave great suggestions to help the back heal and relieve the pain after the session wore off. If you are looking for back pain relief here is the place to go.

Dr. Bell is amazing! I actually have a healthy spine but I still love coming in. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Dr. Bell and his staff really make you feel at home. I highly recommend checking them out!

Dr. Bell is awesome. Knowledgeable, a good listener, gentle, thorough. I've been to many Chiropractors in the past 20 years and I feel that I have now found the best!

Dr. Bell was super nice and funny but more importantly extremely helpful in identifying my back issues. After receiving some tips about sleeping positions, I already feel a little better. Looking forward to next visit.

Friendly & accomodating. First rate and modern new treatment for my injury from 30 years ago. I have some hope I won't always have to live with discomfort. Super glad I ran into a stranger who told me about Spinal Dynamics.

Dr. Gary adjusted my back a couple of times and gave me some routine exercises to do and it made a world of a difference, Thank God he also got me to get a scan and he could see the problem, I am so happy I saw Dr. Bell. I highly recommend him.

The Dr gets you in & out as far as feeling better but takes his time when treating his pts. This is not an in & out clinic. He actually takes his time & does a lot of modalities. He's very knowledgeable & through.

I've been to a few chiropractors in Honolulu, and they all seemed to be the same. They make my neck and back crack and pop, then ask me for my first born as payment for the next few sessions. The pain and discomfort in my back and neck would never change, and my wallet would just get lighter. Then I went to Dr. Bell, and after the first session I felt so much better. It's not just about making noise with my bones, he finds the problem area and works on it, and also gives you tips on how to heal with lifestyle changes. I would highly recommend going here. I wish I had found Dr. Bell years ago.

My experience with chiropractors were not very pleasant therefore avoided going to any. However I had a vertigo condition that would not stop for weeks. Someone suggested going to a chiropractor to "adjust" me and that could be the problem. In desperation, I looked into Yelp for reviews. Dr. Bell's reviews were very positive hence made the appointment.

The office staff were quick to return my call and schedule me. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dr. Bell. He had this calming smile and explanation that he will not "twist" my neck. He explained the possibilities of why I am having my vertigo & also he made me aware whats causing my lowering back pain. For my vertigo, he suggested that it could be due to my clenching my teeth at night & my TMJ. Dr.

Bell used this laser treatment which helped after a few treatments. Now I see him once a month for 'maintenance'. One who did not like Chiropracters, I definitely recommend Dr. Bell

Things that make you go hmmm.when the Dr asks to open your bra for the examination. Really brah? Really?

Dr. Bell is amazing. He's very knowledgeable, and wont overcharge/make you come back more times than you need. Went in for a couple visits to get my back and neck checked out/adjusted, and instantly felt better. It was easy to make an appointment, and there is ample parking in the structure.

Dr Bell is an amazingly talented chiropractor! He has a very gentle Style, being able to make adjustments without the hard and jarring cracking methods that many chiropractors employ. He's also a terrific person! Very kind, very helpful, and interested in people, not just getting patients in and out. If you are looking for a chiropractor in the Kaimuki area, dr. Bell is the best!

Dr. Bell is great, everyone there has been great! Been a few times for adjustments and massage. I will be back for the other service they offer; Accupuncture! Easy parking, easy to find, overall a good experience.
