Oschner is amazing. So upset when I went in today and they told me my insurance was no longer taken. Umm this should have been something you told me when I made my appointment since I was an existing patient. At the very least since I was an existing patient, they should have contacted me when they stopped accepting my insurance carrier. I waited two days for this appointment and when you in tears because of the pain and you just have to walk away just sucks. So while Oschner, Biddick and Casey are great, their office staff sucks

There is so much to love about this clinic! Everyone there is always upbeat and positive. They are quick, efficient, skilled, and keep everything super clean. They are family oriented and made sure my daughter felt welcomed if she had to tag along. No matter what mood I was in upon arriving, I always in a good mood leaving. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Dr. Flickinger saved my back and helped me find my smile in the midst of a crazy time.
I received care while carrying as well as postpartum. I'm beyond grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Flickinger and that I got to meet everyone in this office. They will be greatly missed. -Kia
