Steffen Chiropractic Center - Jane Steffen

Not a lot of relief, especially in my upper back. The doctor appeared to not love her job and I felt like a bother. I wouldn't have minded the extra cost if the visit was worthwhile. The receptionist was nice.

I found Dr. Steffen when searching for a female chiropractor and I am so glad she was one of the first that came up. I was in a lot of pain when I first met Dr. Steffen and also had limited mobility in my neck. It only took a few visits for me to feel amazing again. I haven't been without pain in years and wish I would have looked into this sooner! Dr. Steffen is very thorough at each visit making sure she understands exactly how you're feeling each time, it's not a one-size-fits-all adjustment where they just do the same thing for each patient, she genuinely makes sure she is doing what each individual needs.

She is also very gentle. Every other time I have had chiropractic work done the adjustments have always been rough and actually hurt having the adjustment done. I had always thought it was supposed to hurt and am grateful to have found out that it doesn't have to. Definitely recommend Steffen Chiropractic!

Started seeing Dr. Steffen when I was 30 weeks pregnant and I wish I would have started going sooner. She was able to help me get relief for my back pain I was having. I will continue to see her throughout my pregnancy and highly recommend!

Today I went to Dr. Steffen, and she gave me the relief that I needed. Jane is through and will take good care of me. My doula recommended for me to see Dr. Steffen to help with the hip and back pain I was having in my third trimester in pregnancy. I was skeptical about chiropractics at first, but man - WHAT A GAME CHANGER! I can finally sleep at night! And I now have the physical energy and strength to keep up with my two older boys. If you are pregnant and wanting some sleep at night or pain relief, see Dr. Steffen! I couldn't recommend her enough.

Great chiropractic clinic. Dr. Steffen has really helped me with my lower back pain and neck pain. Noticed great results after just a few visits. After 6 visits, the pain continues to lessen and mobility is improving!

Dr. Steffen is absolutely amazing and worked wonders on my back. I love that she is Webster certified and gave me lots of helpful information for my pregnancy. I've seen many different chiropractors and she is by far one of the best. She also did such a great job adjusting my 6 month old daughter.

I found Dr. Steffen when researching prenatal chiropractor specialists as I'm pregnant with my first child and wanted to continue chiropractic care but with someone who has a special interest and expertise caring for pregnant women. Dr. Steffen has been great and has helped tremendously with my pregnancy-exasperated migraines and acid reflux. Her hours are reasonable for working people, which isn't always the case with chiros I've seen in the past, and she's accommodating with appointment times.

I'm recently pregnant and wanted to continue my chiropractic maintenance with someone in the know; we just moved to St Paul and I'm so glad I found Steffen Chiropractic! The maneuvers are gentle, but more effective than a lot of other chiropractors I've seen through the years. I have neck and lower back issues, but have been feeling great as the weeks go on and baby grows! I would recommend to anyone, but definitely expecting moms -- oh, and the accupuncture services for pain issues is a wonderful compliment to my adjustments!
