I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Payne and his amazing staff. I saw Dr Payne for the first time almost 6 months ago. I was suffering from long covid and my body was literally the weakest it has ever been. I was at my lowest point. I have never felt more heard at my first appointment and all the appointments after. Dr Payne was a massive part in my recovery through long covid.

I have been visiting this practice since 2011 and words cannot express how pleased I am with the practice. Dr Payne is wonderful and has helped me numerous times. He listens to you and adjusts accordingly. It is wonderful. The staff from the front desk to those working with the doctor are exceptional. It is always nice to be greeted by name no matter where you are in the office. Feels like home.

Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure all your needs are met. For years I suffered from almost constant mild back pain which I thought was normal convincing myself it was caused by bad posture or stains due to physical activity. After starting a new job where I spend almost 7 hours a day on my feet I felt my back pain increase significantly and finally after trying all the at home remedies to make the pain go away, I decided to come by Parkway Family Chiropractic.

I can go on and on about how kind the staff and the doctor are or about how relaxing and truly amazing I feel after each treatment but I would be here all day if I did so. To sum it up in just a few weeks my back pain is completely gone and I feel like a new person. Now I can be standing for hours or moving heavy boxes and it doesn't even affect me.

I truly am so grateful for all they have and continue to do for me here and I encourage all and anyone of any age to go here because they truly care and will make you feel new again.

I like to stay active and competitive playing basketball and golf with friends and my two sons. I had been under the care of three prior chiropractors before meeting Dr. Scott Payne. His care took me by pleasant surprise as it felt very thorough. It actually made me wonder if the prior doctors were just going through the motions. Dr. Scott's bed side manner is top notched.

He is so in tune with your health history that he can probably recall your past experiences better than you can. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They are highly knowledgeable and professional in taking great care of their patients. I've recommended Parkway Family Chiropractic to all my friends, coworkers and family.

This review is long over due. I started seeing Dr. Payne in the middle of the pandemic (May 2020). He is by far the best chiropractor I've ever visited. (3 doctors in Florida, 2 doctors in Houston & even Joint Chiropractor (chain). I really look forward to every adjustment with him. He has an incredible attention to every detail/symptom/pain, the staff is amazing & the practice itself is sparkling clean. Pamela or Gloria at the reception will always be willing to look for the best schedule/hours for you. I wanted to mention this because I often find really good doctors but, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare.

By far the most informed and professional chiropractor I've seen. Dr. Payne used decompression therapy to heal my ruptured disk on 2007. My family & I have been seeing PFC for all our chiropractic needs. I trust Dr. Payne 100% and I highly recommend his practice. Additionally, his staff are knowledgeable and very hospitable.
